Shipping and delivery

At Avyna, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

For orders within the Netherlands placed before 3:00 PM, shipment usually takes place on the same working day. Under normal circumstances, delivery takes place on the next working day. In some cases, delivery may take longer due to sorting delays or carrier pressure. We recommend checking your tracking information for the most up-to-date status.

For deliveries to Belgium, France and Germany, the average delivery time is 1–3 working days. For other European countries, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days. Avyna is not liable for damage caused by extended delivery times beyond our control.

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking code. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become visible.

Orders including a trampoline

Have you ordered a trampoline? Trampolines are large and heavy items and therefore require special delivery arrangements.

For deliveries within the Netherlands, we will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. We will use the phone number or email address provided in your order confirmation to arrange this. This ensures that the carrier can deliver the trampoline safely at your address.

Smaller items such as trampoline parts, safety pads, springs and accessories are usually shipped via DHL or DPD. For these deliveries, no appointment is scheduled. Please refer to the tracking information mail for delivery details.

Product(s) not in stock

If a product is not currently in stock, an expected delivery date is usually shown on the product page. You can place a pre-order, and the product will be shipped as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.

If you have placed a pre-order, the expected delivery date will also be stated in your order confirmation. Please note that this date is indicative and may be subject to change.

Shipping costs

We offer free shipping within the Netherlands for orders over €25.

For deliveries outside the Netherlands, shipping costs depend on the weight of the order and the destination country. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically in your shopping cart once you select the destination country.

Collect your order at our warehouse 

You can collect your order free of charge at our warehouse in Rijen, the Netherlands.

Please note that collection is not available as a checkout option. If you would like to collect your order, please contact us in advance via sales@avyna.eu with the products you wish to order. Payment must be completed before collection.

Countries outside the European Union

If your destination country is not listed in our webshop, this may apply to countries outside the European Union, such as the United Kingdom and Switzerland. 

In these cases, delivery may still be possible. Please contact us via sales@avyna.eu to discuss the available options.
