Avyna always tries to deliver all your orders as quick as possible. Within The Netherlands, order placed before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day. During normal circumstances the package(s) will be deliverd to the customer the next working day. Sometimes it takes longer than one working day, due to a sorting error or pressure. In this case, we recommend to check your tracking code. Packages to Belgium, France and Germany will normally take between 1-3 working days. Other counties in Europe will take about 3-7 working days. Avyna is not liable for damage as a result of (too) long delivery times.
The moment we handed over your order to the carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking code. Sometimes the tracking is not immediately visibible, remind that this may take up to 24 hours. Your package will be forwarded to the sorting center of the carrier. Once your package is sorted, you get a indication of the delivery time.
Orders including a trampoline
Have you ordered a trampoline? The packaging of our trampolines are large and heavy. After receiving your order in our system, we will make a delivery appointment with the customer (only for orders in The Netherlands). To make the appointment we will use the phone number or email which is mentioned by the customer in the order confirmation. By the arrangement we want to be sure that the carrier can deliver the package at your home.
Trampoline parts such as jumping mats, safety pads, springs, accessories and other smaller packages are usually shipped with DHL or DPD. For this kind of orders we do not make a delivery appointments and we recommend to check the tracking code for delivery details
Product(s) not on stock
For products which are not in stock, most of the time a expected delivery date is shown. You can order this product(s) as a pre-order and we will ship it to you once it on stock in our warehouse. If you pre-ordered something, the expected delivery date(s) of the product(s) is shown in the order confirmation. Please note that this expected date is indicative.
We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the Netherlands from €25,-. Outside the Netherlands the customers has to pay shipping costs which depend on the weight of the package and the destination the package has to go to. You can check the shipping costs of your order by putting all your products in the shopping cart. After you choose the right country of destination, the shipping costs will be displayed to you.
Collect your order at our warehouse
It also is possible to pick up your order for FREE at our warehouse in Rijen, The Netherlands. Please note: we do not have this option available during the order process. If you want to pick up your order in Rijen, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the product(s) you want and pay in advance.
