Not so happy with your order? You can return your order at your own expense and in the original packaging within 14 days, if it meets our return conditions. If you want to return your order, please send an email to info@avyna.eu or download and fill in the our return form. We do our best to process your return as soon as possible, but guarantee a refund of your order within 7 working days.
After your package has been returnerd in good order at our warehouse, your payment will be refunded. The return costs to our warehouse in The Netherlands however, will not be refunded.

If we receive an item that does not meet our return conditions, we are not able to accept the return:

The item(s) must be returned within 14 days.

The costs of the return shipment are for the customer.

The item(s) must be returned in its original packaging.

The item(s) may not be used or damaged.

Inflatables only may be returned when they are still in the closed packaging (yellow straps)
